About the Role

As Director of Operations, you`ll partner with the Executive Director to oversee daily operations, finances, HR and program support. You`ll lead staff, streamline systems, and ensure the organization continues to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed services to the community.

8+ years of nonprofit or human services leadership experience

Strong skills in operations, budgeting and team management

Experience working with programs that serve vulnerable populations

Bachelor`s degree required, Master`s preferred

The ideal candidate is organized, mission-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects while working closely with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive annual fundraising calendar
• Plan, schedule, and execute digital and direct mail fundraising campaigns
• Partner with internal departments to strengthen donor retention and support donor acquisition efforts
• Manage relationships with vendors and oversee campaign production timelines
• Track campaign performance and evaluate return on investment (ROI)
• Support continuous improvement of fundraising processes and outreach methods

Bachelor`s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master`s preferred)

3-5 years of fundraising experience (some annual giving experience strongly preferred)

Proven experience managing electronic fundraising campaigns

Strong project management skills

CRM/database experience required (Raiser`s Edge experience preferred)

Creative, innovative thinker with solid organizational and analytical abilities

Experience managing vendor relationships or external partnerships

Knowledge of the Catholic faith-or a sincere willingness to learn and work within religious values and themes

Nonprofit experience helpful
