Job Description

A growing law firm seeks a Transactional Legal Assistant for their Buffalo, NY office. This position provides legal support to attorneys in a variety of areas including business and corporate law, trusts and estates, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and taxation.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Scheduling meetings and interviews
  • Maintaining client files
  • Preparing closing documents
  • Maintaining attorney calendars
  • Preparing client billing
  • Client communication


Position will be approximately 35 hours per week. Excellent benefits offered!

Job Requirements

  • College degree and/or paralegal certificate
  • 2+ years of legal office experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new technology
