A local organization is looking to hire 3 Office Assistants on a temporary basis to help with special projects.
This role is responsible for:
The accurate input of handwritten information from petition sheets into a digital tracking system
Communicating any inconsistencies or issues to supervisor
Maintaining confidentiality and data security at all times
Additional basic office duties will be assigned as needed.

Job Requirements
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
Ability to interpret handwritten text with accuracy
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
Commitment to confidentiality and discretion
