Long-term temp assignment with a local non-profit!
Part-time hours: T/W/TH 9am-12p
Immediate start!


A suburban Buffalo-based non-profit is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant on a temporary basis. This role manages day-to-day office operations while assisting the organization`s Executive Director.

Duties:
  • Maintain Executive Director`s calendar and expenses
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare correspondence and reports
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
  • Maintain digital grant fling system
  • Plan and manage event logistics
  • Answer incoming calls and emails
  • Greet and interact with guests/visitors
  • Prepare e-newsletters, blogs, and other digital media
  • Mange office supplies

Job Requirements

  • 10-15 years of related experience
  • Non-profit experience preferred
  • Grant knowledge required
  • Strong technology and computer skills
  • Proficient with Apple products, Microsoft 365, G-Suite, Adobe, Slack, Zoom, Teams, etc.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve problems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
