A leading manufacturer is seeking a Accounting Clerk on a temporary basis. This role provides the finance department with financial accounting and clerical support.
Responsibilities include:
Copying/saving documents
Setting up banks for new ACH payment in LN
Requesting and maintaining COIs for customers and vendors from USI
Sending invoices for payment for Fleet insurance
Assisting with insurance claims and Fleet administration
Assisting with sales tax filings
Reconciling bank deposits and cleared checks
Assisting with credit card administration
Generating reports and statements for internal use
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Associate degree in accounting/finance
5+ years of related office experience
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel
Accurate and detail-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ERP/MRP knowledge a plus
