Job Description

Long-term temporary assignment with one of our manufacturing clients!
Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p
6-12-month long assignment

A leading manufacturer is seeking a full-time Accounting Clerk on a temporary basis. This role provides the finance department with financial accounting and clerical support.

Responsibilities include:
  • Copying/saving documents
  • Setting up banks for new ACH payment in LN
  • Requesting and maintaining COIs for customers and vendors from USI
  • Sending invoices for payment for Fleet insurance
  • Assisting with insurance claims and Fleet administration
  • Assisting with sales tax filings
  • Reconciling bank deposits and cleared checks
  • Assisting with credit card administration
  • Generating reports and statements for internal use
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in accounting/finance
  • 5+ years of related office experience
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel
  • Accurate and detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ERP/MRP knowledge a plus
