- Manage a professional, full cycle recruiting process, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for both candidate and client.
- Enjoy and nurture established partnerships with local Human Resource professionals, business owners and decision makers.
- Source candidates, offer resume, interview and general career advice to candidates as a part of a seamless recruiting experience.
- Utilize effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates in the areas of Legal, Administrative Support, IT, Accounting/Finance, HR, Manufacturing Operations Management and IT.

Job Requirements
- Previous experience in professional candidate recruiting is required, staffing agency experience preferred
- Superb customer service, communication and follow-up skills a must
- Hard working with a strong work ethic
- Ability to manage a busy portfolio of both clients and candidates
- Experience with candidate sourcing techniques and best practices

Within two years, she was managing the direct hire division and had founded and managed a legal placement division that is still, to this day, WNY’s premier legal staffing service. Within 15 years she became a Partner with KRG, and in 2006 became the sole owner of Key Resource Group.
