Job Description

Hybrid schedule: Work 1 day from home after introductory period!

Our client is seeking a caring, experienced, and proactive Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join their growing legal team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping injured clients navigate the litigation process and move cases toward successful resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the case lifecycle
  • Prepare and e-file litigation documents including complaints, discovery demands and responses, motions, and subpoenas
  • Coordinate litigation and trial preparation, including scheduling depositions, client meetings, court reporters, experts, and investigators
  • Review and analyze medical records and assist in preparing demand packages
  • Assist with lien resolution by working with lien holders and outside resolution partners

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher
  • 3+ years of paralegal experience in plaintiff or defense personal injury litigation
  • Experience with motor vehicle accident and premises liability cases
  • Strong organizational, technology, and communication skills
  • Compassionate, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
