Direct hire opportunity with a stable law firm
Excellent benefits and paid parking offered!
M-F 8:30a-4:30p
Legal experience is NOT required. Our client will train the successful candidate!

A mid-sized Buffalo law firm is looking for a paralegal on a full-time basis. This position will require hands on involvement from the initial client intake all the way through trial.

Duties include:
  • Medical record requests and follow-up
  • Reviewing and organizing medical records
  • Pretrial and trial preparation
  • Deposition preparation
  • Scheduling


Qualified candidates will be motivated individuals with a positive outlook, a strong work ethic, and great interpersonal skills.

Job Requirements

  • Paralegal and/or law firm experience a plus, but not required
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Superb communication skills
  • Strong computer skills: proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational, writing, and proofreading skills
