Sarah graduated from the University at Buffalo with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and quickly discovered her passion for recruiting and staffing, particularly within unique and niche industries. With years of experience supporting the full-cycle recruiting process, she brings a highly organized, people-focused approach to coordinating candidates and keeping the hiring process running smoothly.
Known for her strong relationship-building skills and genuine approach, Sarah enjoys getting to know candidates, coordinating the many moving pieces of the recruiting process, and helping create a positive experience from initial contact through placement. She takes pride in being a reliable resource for both candidates and her recruiting team.
When she’s not connecting great people with great opportunities, you’ll find Sarah experimenting in the kitchen, tackling a new workout class, playing with her three cats, or hosting friends alongside her husband. And of course—Go Bills!
