Job Description

A Buffalo, NY law firm is searching for a Legal Assistant to join their firm on a full-time, direct hire basis. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of secretarial and legal administrative duties ranging from drafting documents and e-filing to time entry and calendar management.

Successful candidates will be confident, self-directed, and quick learners with the ability to organize and prioritize their own workload.

Position will be approximately 35 hours per week. Excellent benefits offered!

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of legal experience
  • Litigation experience preferred
  • E-filing experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office
  • Strong writing skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Positive, upbeat personality
