A growing Buffalo law firm seeks a Real Estate Paralegal on a full-time basis. This role provides legal support to transactional attorneys in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and responsibilities:
Handling commercial and residential real estate closings
Maintaining client files
Preparing closing documents, contracts and other legal documents
Maintaining attorney calendars
Client communication
Frequent collaboration with counsel
Position will be approximately 35 hours per week. Excellent benefits offered!

Job Requirements
College degree and/or paralegal certificate
3+ years of paralegal experience
Commercial real estate experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn new technology
