Job Description

Excellent opportunity for entry level legal candidates! Our client will train you in the Personal Injury aspects of this role.

KRG is helping a suburban law firm identify a professional and well-spoken Legal Administrative Assistant to support their team of attorneys.

Duties include:
  • Drafting correspondence and legal documents
  • Communicating information to clients
  • Collecting, organizing and compiling client records
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Assisting with trial preparation
  • Processing medical records
  • Other basic administrative duties: answering phones and emails, and filing


Top skills needed to succeed in this role: attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced office environment.

Job Requirements

  • 1+ year of office experience preferably in a legal setting
  • Personal Injury experience a plus, but not required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-starter and deadline-oriented
  • Team player
