This role focuses on ensuring new clients are accurately and efficiently added to various relevant systems.
Essential duties:
Accurately input client information into various systems, ensuring data integrity
Verify information for accuracy by cross-checking with source documents and resolving any discrepancies
Perform regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards
Collaborate with Legal Assistants to gather required information and streamline information collection processes
Generate reports as needed for management review and operational planning
Collaborate with Librarian to idnetify opportunities for process automation and enhanced data accuracy
Recommend changes to data input workflows to improve efficiency
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail that are crucial for data input
Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues
Ability to multitask and handle multiple client accounts or matters at once
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software and billing systems
Effective written and verbal communication skills
