Job Description

Excellent part-time opportunity with a small, family-oriented office!
Monday-Friday, 11am-4pm

A local bonding agency is eager to hire a part-time Office Assistant. Main responsibilities include:
  • Performing general administrative tasks including filing and document management
  • Managing incoming calls and correspondence
  • Assisting with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members
  • Utilizing Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Maintaining accurate records and assist with bond processing
  • Proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of office/administrative experience
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and phone etiquette skills
  • Excellent proofreading skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask efficiently

Leigha excels when it comes to communication, efficiency and organization. She knows exactly how a law office (or any office for that matter) operates and understands that any business is only as good as their support staff so she understands what she’s looking for when searching for top talent.

When she isn’t busy searching for the perfect Candidates, Leigha is at the softball or baseball diamonds with her three beautiful kids! She also loves cooking and hosting parties for her family and friends. And the best part about Leigha? She is funny! The KRG staff enjoys her down-to-earth, honest approach to life; her one-liners keep us chuckling throughout our workday and boy are we grateful she’s on our Team!
