A growing and well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to support both business and family-based immigration matters. This role offers hands-on involvement in a wide range of cases, working closely with attorneys and clients in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file U.S. visa applications (B-1, B-2, L-1, H-1B) and Canadian entry forms
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws while tracking deadlines and documentation
  • Assist with N-400 naturalization applications and related matters
  • Support business immigration, including employment-based documentation and compliance
  • Handle business/tourism visa applications and research NAFTA/USMCA considerations
  • Prepare family-based petitions (spousal, K-1, adjustment of status) and manage client communication

Job Requirements

  • Associate`s or Bachelor`s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years of immigration paralegal experience in a law firm in either family or business matters, will train on one if you have experience with the other
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. Immigration processes, forms, and procedures
  • Excellent organizational, research, and writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
