Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a desire to get your foot in the door with a prominent law firm? If so, a rapidly growing firm with offices in Syracuse, NY has an exciting opportunity for you!

The law firm is looking to add an Administrative Process Specialist to their busy team. This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to attorneys and legal assistants.

Responsibilities include:
  • Records management including opening and closing client files
  • Scheduling and preparing meetings
  • Handling visitor hospitality
  • Entering contracts for attorneys and CLE tracker updates into system
  • Handling check requests, expense reimbursements, billing tasks, etc. for the firm

This position is essential to keeping the office organized and efficient. As such, the ideal candidate will be a well-rounded individual capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong computer skills: Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SmartSheets and video conferencing systems
  • Desire to get into a law firm a plus
  • High attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
  • Proven time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
