Preparing accounts payable checks and coding invoices to proper accounts
Verifying and matching invoices and other documentation necessary to process payments and distribute checks
Posting and summarizing cash receipts and disbursements
Assisting with monthly and year-end close
Verifying and auditing accounts for accuracy and completeness
Filing invoices and other related accounting documents

Job Requirements
3+ years of accounting experience required; 1-2 years accounts payable experience preferred
Knowledge of AP and accounting and software systems
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact with vendors and clients in an efficient and professional manner
Highly organized and detail-oriented
