Key Responsibilities
Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, screenings, interviews and onboarding
Assist with payroll processing
Monitor and assist in the semiannual review process
Conduct open enrollment meetings
Process Workers` Comp claims
Effectively apply all HR policies and company guidelines and ensure compliance with standards and laws
Job Requirements
2+ years of related HR experience
Bachelor`s degree in HR or Business Administration
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Collaborative, team-oriented work style
