Job Description

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

KRG has partnered with a WNY property management company who is looking to hire an organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support the HR Director with daily human resources operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, screenings, interviews and onboarding
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Monitor and assist in the semiannual review process
  • Conduct open enrollment meetings
  • Process Workers` Comp claims
  • Effectively apply all HR policies and company guidelines and ensure compliance with standards and laws

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of related HR experience
  • Bachelor`s degree in HR or Business Administration
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Collaborative, team-oriented work style
