Job Description

A premier Buffalo law firm has an opening for a Financial Systems Administrator. This full-time role will support the Accounting department by overseeing the development and administration of the firm`s financial systems.

Duties include:
  • Installing, customizing, and maintaining financial systems
  • Assisting in all financial systems-related projects
  • Developing and modifying billing templates using Docudraft
  • Serving as liaison between the IT and Finance department


The successful candidate possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, project leadership, and troubleshooting skills.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor`s degree in Finance or IT-related field
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Financial applications and database experience; Aderant Expert experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and terms
  • Knowledge of SQL databases

She planned and oversaw training, new hire orientation and administration of benefits. Tracey also brings ten years of accounting experience with her ranging from accounts payable to the general ledger, with year-end reporting and financial statement preparation. Tracey’s experience translates well into her role as a Recruiter; it gives her the opportunity to place people in the jobs they belong in.

Tracey is very active in maintaining her professional and technical knowledge by attending educational seminars, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.

In her free time, Tracey enjoys spending time with her family, including her two English Bulldogs.
