A WNY organization is in need of a full-time Financial Analyst. This role is responsible for the oversight, processing and analysis of daily cash receipts. Banking functions including deposits and reconciliations and AR function including general ledger maintenance are also crucial aspects of this job.
Duties:
Daily banking functions such as direct deposits, positive pay files, adjustments, NSF returns and remote deposits
Assist with developing and maintaining weekly cash flow forecast
Ensure accurate fund coding for all donor revenue deposits
Accurately process and reconcile monthly AR invoices
Review monthly contractual billing for accuracy
Monitor and maintain client billing records within the general ledger
Qualified candidates will be highly accurate and organized with a strong attention to detail. Must be able to thrive in a compassionate, mission-based environment.

Job Requirements
3-5 years of accounting, cash management or AR billing experience
Bachelor`s degree in Accounting or Business
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer relations skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain deadlines
