FP&A Manager

Job Description

A rapidly growing manufacturing company is hiring an FP&A Manager on a full-time basis. Reporting to the CFO, this role acts a strategic thought partner to both Finance and Sales leadership.

Duties include:

Sales & Commercial Finance Partnership
  • Partner with sales leadership to build and maintain volume, revenue, price, and margin forecasts
  • Conduct volume/price tradeoff analysis and provide recommendations to support pricing and promotional strategies
  • Support customer retention and pipeline visibility efforts by integrating financial insights into sales funnel management and forecasting accuracy


Forecasting & Budgeting
  • Lead the consolidated P&L forecasting and reporting processes
  • Prepare budget and forecast reports to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning cycles


Data Modeling & Decision Support
  • Develop and maintain dynamic financial models and decision tools to inform operational and strategic decisions
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business drivers into actionable KPIs and metric dashboards
  • Design scenario planning models to test financial and commercial assumptions Process & Systems Improvement
  • Work closely with the accounting and finance teams to implement system and process improvements that enhance forecasting, reporting, and analytics capabilities
  • Lead finance transformation initiatives focused on workflow optimization, systems integration, and internal controls


  • Strategic Insight & Growth Readiness
    • Support national expansion initiatives with proactive analysis and financial planning aligned to strategic growth goals
    • Influence go-to-market strategies by embedding financial insight into pricing, margin optimization, and new market entry planning

Job Requirements

  • College degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5-7 years of related experience
  • Manufacturing experience required
  • Strong financial analyst skills: financial modeling, variance analysis, and scenario planning
  • Familiarity with Excel and other BI tools
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed (up to monthly travel) for cross-functional meetings
  • Proactive, self starter
