KRG has partnered with an international manufacturing company who is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle all incoming and outgoing requests from clients regarding orders, invoices, complaints and other related tasks.
The responsibilities in this role will include:
Receiving and responding to communications from clients including phone, email, live chats
Providing quotations and following-up on order requests
Working closely with shipping to ensure client satisfaction
Identifying and resolving complaints
Maintaining client information and records
Ideal candidates will have the ability to quickly solve problems, work well under pressure, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements
1-3 years of customer service experience in an office setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ACCPAC experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Friendly, outgoing demeanor with customer service mindset
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
