KRG has partnered with an international manufacturing company who is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle all incoming and outgoing requests from clients regarding orders, invoices, complaints and other related tasks.

The responsibilities in this role will include:
  • Receiving and responding to communications from clients including phone, email, live chats
  • Providing quotations and following-up on order requests
  • Working closely with shipping to ensure client satisfaction
  • Identifying and resolving complaints
  • Maintaining client information and records


Ideal candidates will have the ability to quickly solve problems, work well under pressure, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience in an office setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ACCPAC experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Friendly, outgoing demeanor with customer service mindset
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
