KRG has partnered with an established Buffalo law firm who is looking for an experienced Corporate Trust & Estates Paralegal to provide support to a team of attorneys. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
Preparing petitions for probate and/or administration
Preparing estate and trust accountings
drafting receipt and release documents
Preparing asset listings and federal and state tax returns
Assisting executors in the marshalling of probate assets
The qualified candidate is experienced in probate matters (drafting petitions and settlement of accounts), trust administration, and has a working knowledge of fiduciary income tax returns

Job Requirements
5+ years of Paralegal experience
Trusts and Estates experience required
College degree and/or Paralegal certificate
Works well in a high-pressure environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
