Job Description

A distinguished Buffalo law firm is looking to add a Corporate Attorney to their team on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have five to ten years of experience working on complex mergers and acquisitions, other major business transactions, venture capital investments, and commercial contracts, and be motivated to have a long-term career in these disciplines.

Expected duties include:
  • Researching and providing legal advice to clients
  • Interacting with clients and their accounting and financial advisors


Expected skills include:
  • Willingness to take on direct client responsibilities
  • Ability to anticipate and understand the challenges that clients face
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills

Job Requirements

  • 5-10 years of corporate law experience
  • Must be admitted and in good standing with the New York State Bar
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter

She also loves cooking and hosting parties for her family and friends. And the best part about Leigha? She is funny!
