Job Description
In this role, you will handle all aspects of complex litigation matters. This includes business dissolution, UCC matters, contract disputes, and shareholder and class actions. Additional responsibilities: trying cases, handling appeals, and handling matters in the Commercial Division and Federal court.

Job Requirements
- 7-10+ years of complex business litigation experience
- Portable book of business strongly desired
- Must be admitted and in good standing with the New York State Bar
- Experience in arbitration and mediation a plus
- Effective communication skills
