Job Description

Unique schedule available: 4 10-hour work days

A global manufacturing company is in need of an Automation/Control Engineer. In this role, you will create equipment, assembly stations and test instruments for production support.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Working with the design, quality, and manufacturing departments to obtain the required product specifications for equipment design
  • Designing and assembling customized equipment
  • Utilizing six sigma lean tools to test and improve existing equipment


This position requires an individual capable of multitasking and managing projects with minimal supervision. A high attention to detail and strong organizational skills are also required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor`s degree in Computer, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
  • 1-3 years of experience in automation/controls or related engineering field
  • Ability to read, interpret, and understand specifications and schematics
  • Experience with PLC and HMI programming
  • Proficiency with Windows based PC and MS Office
  • Familiarity with CAD software and Microsoft Visio
