Job Description

A nonprofit organization is seeking an Annual Giving Production Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising campaigns throughout the year. This role is responsible for managing both digital and direct mail fundraising efforts, maintaining a structured annual fundraising calendar, and supporting donor retention and acquisition strategies.

The ideal candidate is organized, mission-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects while working closely with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive annual fundraising calendar
  • Plan, schedule, and execute digital and direct mail fundraising campaigns
  • Partner with internal departments to strengthen donor retention and support donor acquisition efforts
  • Manage relationships with vendors and oversee campaign production timelines
  • Track campaign performance and evaluate return on investment (ROI)
  • Support continuous improvement of fundraising processes and outreach methods

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor`s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master`s preferred)
  • 3-5 years of fundraising experience (some annual giving experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven experience managing electronic fundraising campaigns
  • Strong project management skills
  • CRM/database experience required (Raiser`s Edge experience preferred)
  • Creative, innovative thinker with solid organizational and analytical abilities
  • Experience managing vendor relationships or external partnerships
  • Knowledge of the Catholic faith-or a sincere willingness to learn and work within religious values and themes
  • Nonprofit experience helpful
