Job Description

KRG is helping a global manufacturing company hire a Director of Continuous Improvement to lead the development and execution of strategies focused on waste reduction, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer satisfaction. This role serves as a key driver of Lean transformation, partnering cross-functionally to implement sustainable process improvements across manufacturing and operational functions.

This position requires a hands-on leader with deep expertise in process design, project execution, and performance management within manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, distribution, or engineering environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the Business Unit Master Plan (HK/MP) in collaboration with leadership to drive strategic operational objectives
  • Champion Lean and Six Sigma deployment, including onboarding, training, and coaching Green Belts, and sponsoring key improvement initiatives
  • Plan and facilitate on-site workshops and kaizen events aligned with continuous improvement goals
  • Drive QRQC implementation and maturity across the organization
  • Establish and execute cost reduction initiatives and performance targets
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through metrics, prioritization, and accountability
  • Identify and implement best practices across business units and external benchmarks
  • Serve as Business Process Manager for continuous improvement initiatives, aligning projects with strategic objectives
  • Partner with process owners to ensure data-driven decision-making and measurable results
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall business performance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor`s degree in Management, Engineering, or a related technical field (required)
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification or in progress (preferred)
  • 10+ years in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience leading Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives
  • Strong track record of driving operational improvements and organizational change

When she is not working, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and their dog Benny, a lab and border collie mix. She also is learning to paint with watercolor, crochets, and gardens when the weather permits.
