KRG is excited to help a company in Niagara Falls look for an Administrative Assistant to join their friendly office. In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Receptionist duties
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Coordinating materials for staff meetings
  • Running errands to the bank or post office
  • Maintaining and organizing files
  • Handling mail and UPS/FedEx shipping
  • Other administrative projects as requested
The ideal candidate for this position will be adaptable and show excellent attention to detail. Must be able to anticipate daily needs and be willing to help out the office wherever needed.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Strong computer skills: MS Word and Excel
  • Be a self-starter
