Full-time schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm A WNY healthcare organization has an urgent need for an Accounts Payable Specialist in their Buffalo, NY office. The main focus of the position will be supervising the preparation and processing of the organization`s accounts payable.
Duties:
Prepare AP checks and code invoices to proper accounts
Post and summarize cash receipts and disbursements
Assist with monthly and year-end close out
Verify and match invoices needed to process payments and distribute checks
Audit accounts for accuracy and completeness
To succeed in this position, you must be detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and a high degree of confidentiality.

Job Requirements
5+ years of AP experience OR college degree with some relevant AP experience
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills
Exceptional organizational skills
