Position can be Hybrid or Fully Remote!

KRG has partnered with a local financial services company who is looking to add a full-time Bookkeeper to their staff. This office professional will be expected to:
  • Perform bookkeeping and payroll services
  • Reconcile client bank account statements
  • Prepare journal entries and post to general ledger
  • Process bill payments and payables
  • Communicate with clients via email, phone and in person


Qualified candidates will be highly dependable individuals who are capable of working independently. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail are also important to succeed in this role.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office and QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping best practices and principles
  • Experience with accounts receivable, payable, bank reconciliations, general ledger, payroll, and small tax return preparation
  • Professional communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
