A well-established small business located near South Buffalo is looking to hire a full-time Accounting Manager

Responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing daily financials
  • Managing day-to-day inventory and orders in QuickBooks
  • Processing 10-day, 20-day, monthly, and quarterly financial reports review
  • Processing checks for customers
  • Working with other internal departments from different countries
  • Other duties including some AP and AR and payroll reporting utilizing ADP

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor`s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3-5+ years of related Accounting experience including budgeting, preparing financial statements, auditing books, and working knowledge of tax flow
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in QuickBooks
  • EDI software experience
  • SAP experience is preferred
  • Experience in a global industrial company is a plus
  • International CPA firm experience is a plus
