Looking for a part-time position in a small office? One of our clients is looking to add a part-time Office Assistant to their team on a temp-to-hire basis.

Duties include:
  • Greeting guests
  • Managing the filing system
  • Creating and updating documents and correspondence
  • Keeping common areas tidy
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Entering bills into software program
As you will be greeting clients, candidates will have to present professionally. The ideal candidate will be a solid written and oral communicator, highly organized, and accurate.

This position will be approximately 15 hours per week.

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Associate`s Degree preferred
