A small financial services firm located in the Northtowns of Buffalo is looking for an Administrative Assistant on a part-time basis. This position will be responsible for handling a combination of reception, clerical and accounting duties including:
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Greeting guests and directing traffic in the office
  • Sorting and processing mail
  • Typing client correspondence
  • Processing tax returns and financial statements (will be trained)
As this position will involve a significant amount of client interaction both in person and over the phone, candidates must be polished, professional, and have exceptional communication skills.

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Accounting/tax experience a plus

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
