Looking for variety in your next position? A healthcare organization is looking to hire an Office Manager/Executive Assistant for their Wheatfield, NY office. You will be responsible for all operational aspects including accounts payable, payroll, HR functions, as well as all other administrative tasks as needed. In addition to this, you will be keeping the owner organized by handling their schedule, correspondence and travel arrangements.
Ideal candidates will be hardworking, focused individuals who are organized and pay close attention to detail. Must have a clear and effective communication style to interact with coworkers and outside parties on a daily basis, and excellent time management skills.

- 3+ years of related office and executive support experience
- Accounting experience is required, HR experience is strongly preferred
- Previous healthcare experience is desired
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Team player - willing to help out wherever needed
- Must be detail oriented and be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
