A church in Amherst is looking to add an Office Clerk to their team who will be responsible for light accounting and administrative duties.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Processing payroll using QuickBooks
  • Running financial reports
  • Scheduling board meetings
  • Creating bulletins for meetings
  • Answering busy phones
  • Other administrative duties as needed
The ideal candidate will be pleasant, open minded, with a desire to help others. A high standard of personal and ethical standards is necessary. As the person in this role will be the face of the organization, an outgoing personality is needed.

  • 2+ years of administrative/accounting experience
  • Strong computer skills: QuickBooks experience is desired
  • Quick learner
  • Ability to multitask
  • Accurate, with an eye for detail
