A legal services company is searching for an intelligent Marketing Administrative Assistant to organize their client intake process and keep it moving smoothly. After training, you will be answering new incoming case calls, inputting the new cases into the database, following up and managing relationships with prospects.
This candidate will be one of the faces of the company and will be trusted to present professionally. Exceptional organization and time management skills are essential. Since extensive knowledge of the practice is required to succeed in this role, training will be provided. Must be capable and willing to learn new information quickly.
