An established technology company is looking for an Inside Sales Rep to work out of their Syracuse, NY office to identify, develop, and secure new business leads.

Responsibilities include:
  • Promoting and selling product to new prospects by conducting cold calls
  • Upholding strong relationships with current customers, scheduling frequent visits
  • Maintaining and updating CRM database
  • Preparing quotes
  • Accurately taking and fulfilling orders
To succeed in this role, candidates must have a customer-service mindset with proven relationship building skills. The ability to quickly solve problems, work well under pressure, and work independently with minimal supervision is a must. Clear, professional communication skills, both written and orally, is essential.

  • 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience
  • Associate Degree in Business or a related field required, Bachelor`s Degree preferred
  • Exceptional computer skills: Microsoft Office
  • ACT, Goldmine or Salesforce.com CRM experience a plus
  • Professional phone demeanor
  • Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills
