A well-known organization in Buffalo, NY is looking for a patient and tech-savvy IT Specialist to oversee and manage IT infrastructure and provide IT support to the organization.

Duties Include:
  • Troubleshoot individual computing problems of staff
  • Train staff on proper use of software and equipment as needed
  • Control a full range of office automation equipment and software
  • Solve problems relating to equipment configuration and system design
  • Maximize the use of computer equipment, updating as needed
  • Learn and apply new information technologies for the organization
Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of network systems, Microsoft Office, Windows 10, Crystal Reports, and cloud software. Must have demonstrated experience with different diagnostic methods and hardware/software evaluation techniques. An analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and prioritization skills are also important to succeed in this role.

  • 3+ years of IT experience
  • Bachelor`s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communicator: Training is a big part of this role
