One of our clients is searching for an IT Project Manager to join their team to recognize network requirements, install updates, and monitor performance. Working primarily out of the Buffalo office, the IT Help Desk Supervisor will be responsible for:
  • Establishing network specifications and analyzing workflow
  • Network monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting
  • Ensuring network access is secured
  • Designing and implementing end user training materials
  • Managing design and installation of new hardware and wiring
  • Resolving all company IT requests in a timely manner
The ideal candidate will be very familiar with networks and be willing to stay up-to-date on the latest and greatest technology. Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills are important to succeed in this role. Must be comfortable taking on multiple projects with minimum supervision.

Applicants must have their own vehicle as travel will be required.

  • 5+ years of IT experience
  • Bachelor`s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical field strongly preferred
  • Microsoft SQL experience is a plus
  • Possess a strong work ethic
  • Solid problem solving/troubleshooting skills
