A Buffalo, NY organization is looking to add an HR Special Projects Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis to take on the challenges of employee and labor relations.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Assist in facilitating conflict resolution
  • Act as the liaison between HR and union representatives
  • Prompt any necessary investigations of complaints and grievances
  • Ensure compliance related to state/federal employment laws
Qualified candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills to be capable of communicating and partnering with employees across the organization. The successful candidate will also be required to stay up-to-date on industry and HR trends to ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws.

  • 2+ years of human resource experience
  • Bachelor`s Degree in Business, Human Resources or another related field preferred
  • Tech-savvy
  • Union background is preferred
  • Willingness to jump in wherever needed
