A growing, Buffalo, NY organization is seeking an upbeat Customer Service Specialist on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering customer inquires via phone and email, tracking customer issues, and following up to ensure problems were resolved.

Ideal candidates will enjoy customer interaction, be capable of resolving problems in a timely manner, and have the ability to take the lead when needed.
