Customer Service Rep

A well-known organization has a need for a Customer Service Representative in their Buffalo office on a full-time, temp-to-hire basis. The CSR will be answering customer phone calls and emails on a daily basis to enter and process new orders, make changes to current orders, and resolve any issues/complaints that may arise.
Successful candidates will have superb communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to smoothly transition between tasks in a busy environment. A positive, can-do attitude is a must for this position.
Must be able to work occasional Saturdays and some holidays.

- 1-2 years of previous customer service or call center experience
- Associate Degree preferred
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Works well in a deadline driven, team environment
