An insurance group located in the Northtowns of Buffalo is looking to add a Customer Service/Licensing Coordinator to their staff on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be creating and updating agent files in the database, following up with carriers, processing and renewing license paperwork and working with agents and companies to obtain necessary information.

To succeed in this role, outstanding communication, follow up and organization skills are needed.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer service/related role
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  • AS400 experience is a plus
  • Comfortable on the phone
  • Accurate data entry and typing skills
