Customer Service/Case Manager

An insurance group located in the Northtowns of Buffalo is looking to add a Customer Service/Case Manager to their staff on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be submitting applications to insurance companies, reconciling pending requests from agents, transmitting documents and maintaining the document management system.
To succeed in this role, follow up and organization skills are needed, as well as a customer service mindset.

- 2+ years of customer service/office experience
- Case management or life insurance experience is a plus
- Strong computer skills: Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable on the phone
- Accurate data entry and typing skills
