An international manufacturing company in Niagara Falls is looking for a reliable Business Development Coordinator to provide administrative support to their business development team.
- Scheduling appointments for managers to meet with clients
- Prospecting new business
- Creating reports for management
- Maintaining and updating customer records in CRM
- Preparing and updating quotations and sales contracts
The person in this role will need their own vehicle as some travel may be required.

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and ACCPAC
- Clear, professional communicator
- Solid phone etiquette
