A small financial services firm located in the Northtowns of Buffalo is looking for a Bookkeeper/Administrative Support on a full-time basis. This position will be responsible for handling a combination of accounting and administrative duties: AP/AR, in-house payroll, tax and financial statement preparation, as well as, front desk reception tasks.

As this position will involve a significant amount of client interaction both in person and over the phone, candidates must be polished, professional, and have exceptional communication skills. Previous exposure to the tax preparation process is also required for this role.

  • 2+ years of accounting and administrative experience
  • Accounting experience/degree required
  • Ability to work overtime during tax season is a plus
  • Pleasant phone demeanor
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
