A legal services company is searching for an Administrative Support Specialist to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. Duties for this position will vary, but will include answering and transferring calls, data entry, recording meeting notes, creating documents, client correspondence, and booking travel and appointments.
Qualified candidates should have a high-degree of self-sufficiency, excellent communication skills, and be able to transition seamlessly between tasks.

- 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional office setting
- Computer savvy, comfortable using Microsoft Office
