A financial service company located in Williamsville, NY has an opening for an Administrative Assistant/Sales Support to join their team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the face of the company, greeting clients at the front desk, answering and transferring calls, preparing conference rooms for meetings, sorting mail, data entry, and other clerical duties as directed.

Written and verbal communication skills must be top notch! Ideal candidates will be quick learners with strong computer skills. The ability to work as a team player, yet independently with minimal supervision is also important to succeed in this role.

  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Banking, insurance, or financial industry experience preferred
  • Excellent phone rapport and aptitude for customer service
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
