A growing law firm in the Northtowns of Buffalo, NY is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to their team. This full-time, direct hire position will be performing meaningful work supporting attorneys and paralegals.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
  • Legal research
  • Answering phones
  • Responding to client inquiries and scheduling appointments
  • Selling services to prospective clients
  • Maintaining and updating monthly reports and spreadsheets
  • Ordering supplies
  • Other basic administrative duties as needed (filing, scanning, printing)
Successful candidates will be self-directed and eager to learn. Must thrive in a high energy, fast-paced environment where everyone works as a team. Solid research, writing, and customer service skills will be extremely helpful in this role.

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • 2 or 4 year degree
  • Solid administrative skills - accurate typing and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
